Skills, apparatus and a lot of repetition, with coaches who know every gymnast by name. Most children arrive having never held a hoop.

Every gymnast starts somewhere. Our recreational classes build skills and self-esteem in a fun, supportive environment, and when an athlete is ready for more, SRG Academy is the competitive team pathway waiting for them.

Meet your coach
Sofia Raroh
Founder, Head Coach & Owner · Former Elite Rhythmic Gymnast · Certified Master of Sport
Sofia began training in Ukraine at four and was competing at five, becoming a multiple-time champion and medalist there before representing Ukraine's national team in Aesthetic Group Gymnastics at the World Championships.
She has coached since she was eighteen. In 2023 she was named Level 3 Coach of the Year, and in 2025 and 2026 she coached a Level 4 gymnast to national titles. She is head coach of SRG Academy, the competitive pathway she developed.
What she wants for her gymnasts goes past the podium: that they are disciplined, resilient and kind, and that the friendships they make here last decades, as hers have.
